I'm not actually showing these in the right order as I made this Ladybird Notebook Holder first before I made the ATC Version ... On this one you can replace the Memo Pad when you've filled it (Small Memo Pad from WH Smith)

Another view of the front showing the tied ribbon bow to keep the Notebook closed.
Again I've neatly folded the linen fabric edges over my 3mm Mountboard cover sections and secured them inside and then placed a Tim Holtz Grungepaper lining over the top to finish ... the ribbon ties have been sandwiched between fabric and grungepaper.
