The Challenge this week is 'We Gone Dotty' over at the Tilda & Co Challenge.
Hopefully I'm not cheating but I've combined this Challenge with Arty Girls 'Hint of Pink' Challenge this week!

The Card looks better in the flesh as the colours match quite well together but unfortunately haven't scanned very well.

Penny Black Rose Swirl Happy Birthday Card

Managed to find a very old card which features my very 1st Penny Black Background Stamp!

I only have two so I will have to update my Penny Black Rubber Stamp Selection!

For those not in the know, 'Happy Stampers' & 'The Glitter Pot' have a lovely selection!

Just have to add that I have now invested in a 'Magic Anti-Static Bag' so please don't look to closely at the stamping on this one lol!

I tried to match the inks as closely to the Card used.
Cuttlebug Tiny Bubble Embossing Folder.
Wizard Nestabilities Circles.
Quickutz Tools & Ant Die Cutters.
String used instead of ribbon.
The Background Stamped Card is also embossed with a Fiskars Texture. Unfortunately it doesn't show up very well!

As he is a keen Gardener I hope he likes it!

Originally Inspired by a Card in an old edition of Craft Stamper.

This is my version!

Mother's Day Card 2008 'To Die For' Papertake Challenge

Also entered in the 'To Die For!' Papertake Challenge!

Using Mum wording I created on the Computer using available Typeface. I Filled it with my Own Flower Artwork Design.

I used a little Flower Punch free with a Crafters Magazine and attached to the centre flowers of the Typeface. I curled the flowers so they would stand out.

Chalked and Painted Bear is a Die Cut from one of my Wooden Dies.

Flower Bouquet is made from various Quickutz Dies. Daisy. Tulip Stems and Bouquet Wrap.

The Flowers were essembled with wire and Silicone Glue.

Mum had it on display for ages!

Teddy Roses Decoupage Card

Inspired by the Victorian Era!
Pretty, Nostalgic & Lacy!

Card & Paper Used:

• Blank Red Card (HobbyCraft)
• Plain Cream Card I already had.
• Plain Tracing Paper (Which is really like Vellum)
• Glossy Photo Paper

The Teddy Bear Frame Artwork and the Rose printed Vellum is my own Design. (Please be aware it is Copyrighted and cannot be Copied)
The Artwork has been printed onto Glossy Photo Paper and attached together with Foam Pads so it really pops!
The Lace Ribbon affect is produced with a Fiskars Boarder Punch. I have used a corner punch for the Cream Insert so that it enhances the soft print of the Vellum.
The Card is finished off with a Red Shiny Elastic Christmas Metallic Cord.

Using a Papermania Triangle Tree Card Blank and embellished using my own Design Background Paper.
Die Cut Bazzill Card using a Teddy Bear Body Bits Wooden Die and Quickutz Heart & Love Dies.
Chalked and Painted and attached to Card with Foam Pads to give a 3D raised effect.

He loved it!

Hello & I Wish you a Warm Welcome to my Blog!

Well I've taken the plunge at last so here it is...........'Work in Progress' and will probably need tweaking as time goes by but I'm sure I'm not the only Novice Blogger so please bear with me!

How do I create this? Where do I put things? So first & foremost I would like to thank

Without these wonderful people's Blog Spots I wouldn't have had an idea where to start. Beautiful Cards Ladies and I hope you don't mind me adding you to my Favourite Blogs!
